Weekend update

Starting wednesday I took off days from the supplements. So tuesday was the last day. I have had continued irritation down there and major discharge today, like straight up cottage cheese. Gross.

I have been 100% with every supplement. That regimen is as follows...3 ashwagandha, 2 charcoal, 2 D3, 2 probiotics, and 2 liver support. I feel less stress in the general sense. Still breaking out along my jaw line which leads me to think hormones are still not resolved. I havent had enough soymilk lately, none this week so far.

Yes to every supplement this week, no soymilk yesterday but yes Monday, tuesday, and today. I Also started a low mold diet Monday to continue detoxing.

 Before I forget
I ran out of soymilk Monday, so that is the only day this week I have had it. All supplements all days though at the new dosage. Coming up to my period I have felt less stressed than I normally would.

Week recap

Soymilk and supplements everyday, I forgot soymilk 1 day.

Changes after 1 month

Sleep is different. I think I'm so used to bad sleep that normal sleep doesnt seem normal. I am tired and ready for bed around 9 daily. With the exceptions of weird dreams, crying kids, or rain, I sleep through the night now.

My skin is breaking out, jawline mini breakouts are the most prevalent. This indicates hormone imbalance which I guess is to be expected.

Oklahoma had had very high pollen and mold counts environmentally in the past week or so. I feel like it has made my anxiety worse. There is nothing that has gone wrong or not gone as planned, so my stress should not be so high.

Starting today I have upped my supplements after muscle testing.

3 vitamin D
2 charcoal
3 ashwagandha
2 liver support
2 probiotics

I am working on starting a low mold diet, more coming on that soon.

End of week

12th, no soymilk but all other supplements as normal

Changes I've noticed:
Acne has returned but seems to be isolated to the jawline area.
My sleep has improved over all. I've had one night where I couldn't fall asleep but I relate that to external life things.
My patience has increased and my anxiety/stress have gone down. I'd say from a 7 to a 5.
Down there, still having issues.
Memory-wise...still have brain fog and problems getting words from my brain to my mouth.

It is difficult sometimes. All of this. The first day after my period I have another infection. White discharge with white clumps. It sucks. And it is painful. Constant itching and irritation. I cannot live at the medical center to be tested (or ignored and mistreated) constantly. I know something is wrong down there and it has been since living in Oklahoma. 2 years of constant itching, burning, irritation, etc. So. Yeah.

Monday-- supplements no soy milk, I forgot.
Tuesday-- 8 oz soy milk and supplements

Stress piles on as my husband feels depressed and devastated by his health concerns. I have the screenshots of our messages should legal need them. Just the stress of what direction your case should be going on top of all of the medical. It is hard in so many ways.

My body is detoxing. The remaining crap is looking for sugar to survive. I never crave sugar and now it's all I crave. The crap wants a food source before it is eradicated. I hope to do my body justice by eating clean and helping the supplements kill/remove the bad.

First week september

This week was incredibly stressful. Between my cycle starting the 3rd (boom, 28 day cycle) and homeschool starting, and dance for both girls and soccer for Jack, I was a crazy person from stress and lack of sleep.

I was relieved that I went from a 26 day cycle to 28 day cycle. I hope I can maintain/improve from that.

Today hubs and I both took the recommended dose of every supplement, except the charcoal we took half a dose.

Sunday. Package of supplements arrived. Took 1 dose of liver support, ashwagandha, vitamin D, and half serving of activated charcoal. Hubs did as well. Also, 8oz soymilk.

Did not start the 5th supplement yet.

Extremely anxious and felt frustrated today. Felt very set off by the small things. I think I'm coming up on another cycle.

 My app says 8 days, I think it could be sooner. Beginning to feel PMS symptoms. Also, didnt sleep well. Woke up feeling congested. Continued to use essential oils, forgot medicine and vitamins before leaving the house today.

Healing week 1

If anyone sees this, I am documenting my journey to healing after toxic mold exposure. We moved out of our house 1 year ago and still have health issues. They have lessened but not  disappeared. After quitting all meds I want to heal my body instead of continuing to put bandaids on it via rx.
Week 1
Monday: soymilk 8oz
Tuesday soymilk 8oz

Why soymilk? I have a hormone imbalance causing 3 week cycles. Soy naturally changes estrogen. Because I have yet to be hormone tested this is a small first step in getting my hormones back in check. More supplements coming soon. More testing coming soon. More everything coming soon.
